Overview

AVIAN is seeking a Mid-Level System Analyst Undersea Support staff for the Undersea Planning and Design Manager in Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) 200 performing Undersea Platform and Product Design, Integration and Installation support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Provide programmatic Platform and Product design, installation, and sustainment support required to install and/or maintain C4I systems on Undersea platforms.
  • Support the planning, development, and establishment of the contract strategy for Undersea/PMW 770 Programs.
  • Support the development of SOW, PWS, source selection summaries, final selection justification, and all other documents required to effectively execute the Acquisition Program.
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained for the appropriate period of time, and coordinates support for internal and external audits.
  • Maintaining SPIDER Data Integrity.
  • Ability to analyze SPIDER database and identify risks to installation schedule milestones.
  • Maintaining the action tracker for actions required.
  • Ensure scheduling and funding milestones are accomplished in order for SIDs to deliver by the required date.
  • Support the clients in accomplishing identified goals.
  • Liaison with stakeholders to include: FRD, PMWs, Planning Yards, SUPSHIP, Technical PDCs, Installation Managers.
  • Responsible to use resources in Sharepoint sites, Design Watch List, Action Item Tracker, LAR Tracker, DCORN Tracker, Topside Tracker and Meeting Minutes.
  • Maintain a working file of all financial transactions of work within the planning yards.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Minimum 3 years Program Management experience in related business/management field
  • Familiar with processes: PCCB, SCD, LAR, CORN, IRDs, SIDs.
  • Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) and the Shore/Afloat Installation Process.
  • Ability to liaison between internal and external NAVWAR organizations.
  • Active Secret Clearance Required.

The pay range for this position is 67k- 80k plus benefits.
