Job Description
Responsible for the administration, coordination and record keeping associated with the ACT WorkKeys/NCRC and all other assigned exams. Responsible for workforce training project data entry, documentation, and reporting.

Job Duties
1) Coordinate (schedule, prepare for) exams, including the ACT WorkKeys/NCRC/Competency Based Exam (CBE) group and individual exams.
2) Administration (computer set-up, proctoring) of exams, including the ACT WorkKeys/NCRC/CBE group and individual exams.
3) Organization, distribution and tracking of all exams, including the ACT WorkKeys/NCRC/CBE group and individual exam results as required per policy.
4) Familiarity with basic internet operations and ability to provide routine maintenance of computers located within computer lab.
5) Monitor and validate MGCCC inventory on an annual basis.
6) Create classes and register trainees in Banner, Lumens, and/or any other appropriate software or platforms.
7) Maintain an accurate and organized filing system that is easily accessible for retrieval of archival records and documents with an emphasis on electronic records management, include direct assistance with preparing for audits conducted by external agencies.
8) Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
9) Create spreadsheets for exam tracking, budgets, and reports, as well as generating invoices for testing fees, letters and memos following current business communication practices.
10) Maintain an effective working relationship with business partners and college personnel.
11) Exhibit a high degree of confidentiality.
12) Professionally and courteously accept calls, aiding and administering information to callers when appropriate.
13) Attend all departmental, company, and college meetings as assigned.
14) Adhere to MGCCC calendar and work schedules unless otherwise directed.
15) Perform duties independently with excellence and exercise a high degree of initiative in determining the approach/action to take in routine and non-routine situations.
16) Upgrade skill level and performance through the College’s Employee Development Program (EDP), at a minimum of 15 hours annually.
17) Abide by MGCCC and AccelerateMS policies and procedures including benefits, travel, reporting requirements, timecards, payroll, etc.
18) Provide administrative clerical support for the Director of Workforce Projects and/or Associate VP of Workforce Solutions.
19) Champion the role the college plays in service to the community.
20) Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Workforce Projects and/or Associate VP of Workforce Solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications
(M1) Minimum of an Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution. (M2) Prior experience in an administrative office setting. (M3) Training and/or experience in the operation of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel PowerPoint) and Outlook. (M4) Effective interpersonal and communication skills. (M5) Demonstrated organizational skills.

Desirable Qualifications
(D1) Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. (D2) Prior experience administering exams. (D3) Proficiency in Banner by Ellucian. (D4) Experience in accounting/bookkeeping. (D5) Experience working with business and industry training programs. (D6) Experience working with college students in a community college setting.
