Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will (1) assist our Program Managers in a support role on large projects and (2) coordinate with our Implementation Managers by organizing smaller low complexity projects. This role involves monitoring project plans and schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting and distributing meeting notes, maintaining and reporting project status, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, keep track of numerous in-flight tasks and issues, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and updating project status within our Project Management Information System.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Distributing meeting notes to all project team members.
  • Documenting and following up on important tasks, issues, action items and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met that are within the project teams' control.
  • Identifying and documenting project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to established processes and practices and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and collaborating with appropriate team members to identify solutions.
  • Ensuring stakeholder feedback is managed while developing the best solution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience with project coordination, project management, account management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to maintain a self-disciplined approach working from a remote environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to track multiple projects and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Experience with Wrike and Salesforce is a plus.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $58,345 - $70,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
