Essential Job Functions:

Through previous background and experience the candidate must demonstrate, with or without an accommodation, the ability to:

• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests.

• Collaborate to prepare budgets and forecasts, including analysis and reporting on variances.

• Develop constructive business partnering relationships with key internal stakeholders. Establish regular meetings with cost center owners, to communicate monthly results and improve forecast accuracy.

• Support accounting close by reviewing variances to identify required accruals or adjustments.

• Support the forecast and budgeting process including managing key dates and deliverables with cost center owners, maintaining and standardizing templates.

• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Analyze complex financial data to determine appropriate recommendation for action.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Work Environment: The majority of job duties are conducted while seated indoors at a computer terminal, with little or no exposure to hazards. Occasional travel may be required due to business acquisitions and the performance of due diligence.

Education (Required): 4-year degree in Business, preferably in Finance or Accounting, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Work Experience (Required): minimum of 3 years related experience in financial analysis is required. Minimum 5 years for Senior Financial Analyst position. Strong interpersonal communications skills are necessary due to the nature and level of interaction with other department personnel as well as senior management.

Work Experience (Preferred): Previous experience working with Oracle financial software is preferred.

Skills: possess strong financial analytical skills, have an advanced skill level with MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
