ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with the Director of Workplace Strategy to develop and execute a data-driven portfolio optimization strategy that aligns with the organization's broader workplace objectives.

- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of space utilization, occupancy rates, lease agreements, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, cost savings, and resource allocation.

- Prepare insightful reports and presentations, effectively communicating complex findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including executives and department heads.

- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to forecast future space requirements, taking into consideration evolving business needs and industry best practices.

- Monitor and evaluate emerging workplace trends and technological advancements, providing input on how these developments can shape the organization's workspace planning and design decisions.

- Continuously assess and adjust implemented initiatives based on data-driven insights, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving organizational goals.

- Stay well-informed about industry benchmarks and standards, leveraging this knowledge to refine and enhance our workplace strategies, maintaining a competitive edge.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven track record (5+ years) in real estate portfolio analysis, workplace strategy, or comparable roles.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to derive actionable insights from intricate datasets.

- Solid grasp of workplace trends, space planning principles, and the dynamics of the real estate market.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner tailored to various audiences.

- Demonstrated project management expertise, capable of leading cross-functional teams with precision.

- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a strategic and inventive approach to solving challenges.

- Strong business acumen and the capacity to align workplace strategies with overarching organizational objectives.

- Professional certifications such as CCIM, LEED, or related credentials are desirable.

- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and manage competing priorities

- Ability to think strategically to analyze the needs of the business and define solutions

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $128,435.00 - $151,100.00
