About The Job

Dudek is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage Dudek's employee development programs. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a suite of learning and development programs to foster employee growth and improve organizational performance. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, design relevant programs, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Conduct assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations to determine training priorities.

Training Program Design and Development:

  • Evaluate, develop and deliver training programs for all levels in the company including targeted group training and various leadership development modules.
  • Will work in partnership with technical leadership to coordinate the delivery of technical/certification trainings.
  • Works in partnership to develop leadership development tracks in key areas of the business.
  • Develops learning roadmaps for essential skills, knowledge and experience for various levels of the business.
  • Utilize various instructional methods and technologies, such as e-learning modules, workshops, and onsite training.
  • Ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.

Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops either in-person or virtually.
  • Coordinate external trainers or subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Learning Management System (LMS) Management:

  • Create and manage Dudek's learning and development platforms.
  • Monitor and track employee progress and training completion.

Evaluation and Assessment:

  • Partner with Human Resources to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to make continuous improvements.
  • Adjust training strategies based on evaluation results.

Budget Management:

  • Team with accounting to develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
  • Source external training providers when necessary.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in learning and development.
  • Integrate new technologies in partnership with IT and methodologies to improve training effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to travel periodically to deliver in person trainings.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certifications in training and development and / or Gallup StrengthsFinder, DISC, Predictive Index, etc.)

Physical Requirements

Working Conditions:

  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.

  • This job requires working on a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.

Proposed Salary Range: $98,280-$110,120 annually*

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
