As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a team who will be key in shaping sustaining product development, project strategy and, driving execution for high impact results to help drive our mission of delivering consistently high quality, safe and effective, regulatory compliant products and services for the overall Consoles and PIM businesses within Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices.

You're the right fit if:

  • BS Electrical Engineering degree, advanced degree preferred (Electrical, Biomedical, or similar)
  • 3+ years' experience in expanding engineering and leadership roles (Electrical, Systems, R&D, Sustaining, Product Development, Project Management, Manufacturing, etc.) in a highly regulated industry (medical devices or pharmaceutical strongly preferred)
  • Strong medical device experience proficient with FDA QSR/cGMP and ISO13485 requirements to maintain commitment to environmental and quality regulations
  • Experience with Sustaining of released products

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $96,000.00- $170,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
