About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Alliance Program Manager to drive the growth and adoption of Altium 365 through software marketplaces, such as AWS Marketplace, and other strategic channel partners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies, establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships, and driving partner success.

A day in the life of our Technical Alliance Program Manager:
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and plans to drive Altium 365 adoption through software marketplaces and other strategic channel partners
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create effective marketplace listings, promotional materials, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with marketplace and channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact and providing ongoing support
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets
  • Stay current on marketplace trends, policies, and competitor activities to inform channel marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with channel partners to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and partner events
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Altium 365's features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate its value to partners and customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on channel marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics
Who We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the electronics, software, or SaaS industries
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through channel partnerships and software marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of software marketplace dynamics, including listing optimization, promotions, and co-marketing opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000.Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
