Our CEO will play a pivotal role in leading our mission with a "high tech with a heart" approach.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated CEO to lead SHARE Foundation in its mission. As a part-time CEO, you will be responsible for building relationships, fundraising, strategic planning, and overseeing the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, board members, and community partners.
• Develop a strong communication program to engage volunteers, donors, and future leaders.
• Strengthen all board functions and collaborate closely with the technology team to support organizational and client needs.
• Implement fundraising strategies, write grant proposals, and manage the organization's budget for stability and growth.
• Create and implement a strategic plan aligned with our mission and goals.
• Identify and develop new clients and partnerships to expand our reach and impact.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff and volunteers for the successful implementation of programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and establish systems to monitor and uphold high standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with preference for non-profit management, business administration, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management (non-profit preference), fundraising, and/or program development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain diverse relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling grant proposals and reports.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Creative and strategic thinking for identifying new opportunities for growth and impact.
• Passion for the mission of empowering disabled individuals and making a positive difference.

Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

• Work Schedule: 3 days a week

• Time Off: Simple PTO of 18 days or 6 weeks (inclusive of vacation, personal, and sick time)
