Professional Development Technician
Job Description

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Knowledge of: 1. Microsoft Office suite and web-based application technologies. 2. Presentation software. 3. Reporting & data collection. Skills in: 4. Being organized and detail oriented. 5. Interpersonal communication. 6. Time management. 7. Listening effectively. 8. Problem solving and decision making. 9. Critical thinking. Ability to: 10. Uphold professionalism while performing duties. 11. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. 12. Manage multiple projects concurrently. 13. Accomplish tasks with minimal instruction. 15. Work in a team or individually. 14. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. 15. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Sedentary-Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Associate Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: More than one year of work experience in an office setting or higher education.
