Responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resources function at assigned entity (or entities) in collaboration with the regional Human Resources leadership. Provides guidance and support on all entity HR issues, including but not limited to, employment, retention, employee relations, personnel records, compensation and benefits, orientation, training on HR-related topics, and policy implementation. May serve as the HR leader designee to the entity Executive Council and provide insight to the HR leader responsible for completing the annual strategic planning process. Serves on health system committees and task forces as assigned by the HR leader. May provide oversight of other departments that report into Human Resources.
