Posting Summary | Reporting directly to the CLC Director, Dr. Gloria Bonilla-Santiago, the Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Community Leadership Center, serving as Executive Confidential Assistant to the Director. The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to unit management by organizing, coordinating, and supervising daily CLC operations. Coordinates the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes. Prioritizes and supervises work, resolves routine conflicts and issues, prepares, and implements administrative guidelines and procedures, and provides oversight and facilitation. Schedules appointments; arranges and coordinates design and logistics for events and meetings; and completes other work consistent with a broad understanding of the mission, vision, role, and goals of the CLC. Given the expanding global initiatives at the CLC, we are looking for a person that can handle complex travel arrangements. This person will also support the ongoing partnership with the LEAP Academy and we are looking for someone that understands K-12 school operations and can support board administrative functions. Works under general supervision, within established work parameters, with few direct instructions. Carries out routine and non-routine tasks with occasional review of work outputs by supervisor. This position provides advanced support of highly confidential and sensitive matters. |

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
