Job Description: | The Department of Pathology, Immunology & Laboratory Medicine, University of Florida College of Medicine is currently seeking highly motivated, well-organized and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Associate, contributing to our research in the fields of drug development for the cancer immunotherapy, as well as the study of complex interactions between the cell types within the tumor microenvironment. In our well-equipped laboratory, we utilize advanced instruments such as spectrum flow cytometry (up to 35 parameters), single cell RNA sequencing, T cell receptor sequencing, mouse models of many different cancer models, molecular and biochemical techniques to conduct basic and translational research. Our recent effort is to develop degraders (PROTAC or Molecular Glue) that can target intracellular immune checkpoint proteins.
