As an SCL Group Homes Manager, you will be responsible for successful management of policies, processes, and systems within the SCL Homes, and for demonstrating the organizational values in the day-to-day operation of the SCL service.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise the team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure development of staff to achieve high results.
  • Develop the annual budget and maintain any contingency plans. Prepare and maintain annual operating plan (AOP) and established reporting mechanisms.
  • Assure adequate availability of qualified staff. Assure individual performance is consistently evaluated, and staff are properly trained to perform the essential functions of their position.
  • Conduct regular internal policy compliance and quality reviews. Manage occupancy and service units.
  • Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in child services.
  • 7 years of experience in ICFID, RBSCL, 24 Hour SCL or related service.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • 1 year of management experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing and speaking the English language.
