Position Summary

Join our multidisciplinary team to explore innovative ways to decipher the molecular mechanisms of thymic regeneration. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a PhD and/or MD degree interested in using novel biological and computational methods with the aim of developing novel strategies to improve thymic function, spanning basic science to clinical trials.

Our resource rich research environment enables research spanning basic biological research to the development of clinical trials.

Innovation and Techniques : Currently, the lab consists of a diverse group of scientists and clinicians, including stem cell biologists, immunologists, cell therapists, microbiologists, and computational biologists.

Career Development : Over the last two decades, the lab has mentored many postdoctoral researchers, fellows, graduate students. For example, I have mentored over 60 postdocs, and several of them now run independent groups in the US and Europe.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

· A Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required.

· The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate's experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
