| Position Description | The Semeghini Lab (https://semeghini.seas.harvard.edu ) at Harvard University has an opening for a postdoctoral position for its Yb-Rb tweezer experiment. The position would involve the design and construction of the tweezer array experiment, including work on vacuum, lasers, optical systems, RF electronics, and experiment control, as well as the realization of experimental projects on quantum simulation and quantum computation using this mixed-species atom array. A Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Physics, or similar fields is required. Experiences in AMO labs, lasers, vacuum technology, and quantum information experiments are desired. |
