We are looking for an experienced Baylor Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN.

**$5,000 Sign-On Bonus **

** $39.26 to $53 per hour based on shift diffs and Baylor pay **

** Hours are 7p on Saturday to 7:30a on Monday **

Baylor Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN Program Details:

  • Work for 24 hours and get paid for 32 hours!
  • You must work every weekend for the full 12-hour shifts.

Baylor Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN Introduction: Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, coordination, operation, security, management and oversight of all nursing and other support personnel, and residents within the facility on an assigned shift; the continuing assessment, care and treatment of residents in accordance with the facility’s mission, philosophy and goals.

Baylor Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN Job Summary:

  • Assign, direct, review, instruct and check the work of all nursing staff on your shift.
  • Maintain shift staffing levels and manage absences.
  • Manage disputes among staff; provide counseling, education, and/or disciplinary action.
  • Maintain continuing collaboration and communications with clinical managers.
  • Respond to codes and other emergency situations, evaluate and document actions taken.
  • Respond and resolve identified concerns regarding personnel and residents.
  • Responsible for making periodic unit rounds to ensure staff are performing.
  • Monitor and follow up on resident’s medical, psychosocial, behavioral conditions.
  • Document changes in resident conditions.
  • Conduct tours and provide new resident and family member orientations.
  • As required, provide direct nursing care to residents.
  • Participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
  • Direct or monitor the serving of meals in dining room
  • Assist with feeding on the Special Care Unit
  • Direct the investigation and disposition of complaints or inquiries.

Baylor Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN Qualifications:

  • Massachusetts RN - Registered Nurse license
  • Nursing supervisory experience required.
