A typical day for a Director of HR & Business Office includes:
- Managing the HR related functions including, but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, personnel file maintenance, compensation/payroll, and performance management
- Managing Accounts Receivable for all assisted and independent living Residents including invoicing & follow up, questions from Residents and Families on statements, and cash & check processing
- Serves as Manager on Duty as scheduled
- Assisting the Executive Director and other Directors with performance management questions/concerns regarding their direct reports
Director of HR & Business Office Requirements:
· High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Bachelor's degree preferred
· Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a Human Resource or business office related role.
· Computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and ability to quickly switch between tasks
· Ability to communicate effectively with Residents and their family members, and associates at all levels of the organization
