We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist - Full Time.

Physical Therapist - Job Summary:

• Screen, evaluate and treat residents needing Physical Therapy services.
• Perform patient evaluations develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment, education of treatment staff and supervision of physical therapy staff.
• Maintain accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Participates in family meetings.
• Adhere to the documentation requirements of the Rehabilitation department and facility.
• Conduct staff training/education via formal and informal in-services and consultations.
• Review and follows the polices and procedures outlined by the facility.
• Supervise Certified Physical Therapy Assistants and rehabilitation aides/extenders.

Physical Therapist - Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the State of Massachusetts.
• Geriatrics experience preferred.
• CPR certification as per facility policy.
