The Bair Foundation is looking for a PERMANENCY & ADOPTION SPECIALIST in NEW WILMINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure the safety of all children served.
• Perform permanency services, including clear and concise paperwork, under state and contract guidelines.
• Meet all state, contract and The Bair Foundation required timelines for documentation.
• Meet the requirements of assigned cases.
• Participate in required face-to-face supervision.
• Attend state and contract training as directed by supervisor.
• Advocate for the best interests of the child and families.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working within the child welfare system, preferably with some special needs adoption experience.
• Must have strong research and writing ability.
