The Opportunity:

 

Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team. For more than 100 years we've cared for the emotional health of Kansas City's children and families. Today we offer one of the area's most comprehensive behavioral health care programs. And we are backed by the complete resources of Saint Luke's Health System.

 

Areas of service include Northland counties such as Clay, Platte and Ray

 


Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides trauma-informed care and assists children, youth, and families cope with complex behavior and mental health needs
  • Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: clinical case management, crisis intervention, social-emotional skill building, parent education, assisting families to ensure basic needs are met, and consultation with community agencies to serve clients and their families
  • Individuals will reduce barriers for clients and their families by meeting with them in their homes, schools, and in the community
  • Completes progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other required documentation within required timeframe
  • This role will share coverage for weekend crisis on-call phone
  • Individuals in this position may find themselves deployed in a variety of settings within the organization and may serve on more than one team

 

Requirements:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Must have a clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
