Market Range: 07 JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Director of Administration, the Human Resources Coordinator provides human resources and payroll support for the department of Preventive Medicine, Radiation Oncology and Physician Assistant Program. This position ensures compliance with university policy and procedure and exercises independent judgment in the resolution of human resources and payroll issues. This position works with the Director, Chair, faculty, staff, and Dean’s Office to ensure HR matters are handled confidentially and with a customer friendly attitude. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED) EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of related experience as indicated above OR combination of related education and work experience to equal nine (9) years. Progressive human resources experience, to include higher education is preferred. Computer expertise including Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others. WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally work evenings.
