Job Description


Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

  • Report to the Norm Therapy® Manager.
  • Attend two 2.5 hour module sessions weekly for ten weeks and complete weekly assignments, training evaluations and methods of teaching and training.
  • Actively participate in the Norm Therapist Training Program (NTTP) while working towards Norm Therapist Certification and collaborating with Norm Therapist Peers while working with an assigned Norm Therapist Mentor.
  • Attend all practical application role-playing sessions with peers and Norm Therapy® Interviewees, including overwatch assignments during the Norm Therapist Training Program.
  • Attend ARO Company Bi-Weekly meetings.
  • Other tasks as required.

 

Qualifications


Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Must be available to volunteer at least 10-15+ structured hours a week.
  • Willingness to be direct, impartial, and naturally inquisitive.
  • Articulate, pragmatic, assertive, self-aware and a critical thinker.
  • Presents self in a professional and mature manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Experience in counseling psychology is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus but not required.
