POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

MUSIC/INSTRUMENTAL INSTRUCTOR
LINCOLN TRAIL COLLEGE

 

DESCRIPTION: The position is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track appointment. Primary instructional responsibilities include teaching general education music courses, music theory, instrumental music lessons, and instrumental ensembles. The instructor will participate in assessment activities and online teaching. Current college assignment is Lincoln Trail College, Robinson, IL.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in the subject area required. Successful college teaching experience including computer-assisted, multi-media instruction, and innovative teaching techniques preferred.

 

WAGES: Commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to: medical, dental, and life insurance; paid sick leave, and personal days; and participation in State Universities Retirement System.
