Courses are taught 100% on campus in New London and scheduled during the work week (day and early evening classes) on a Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday schedule.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a closely related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a business management role
  • Some experience teaching in higher education would be an advantage.

Key Skills / Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Moodle LMS or other online teaching & learning platform would be an advantage
  • Passion for teaching, and for working with diverse learners.

If you have an interest in teaching business or management at Mitchell College on a part-time / adjunct basis, please email a resume and cover letter explaining your area(s) of interest and how your academic background and experience qualifies you, to Dr. James Patsalides at patsalides_j@mitchell.edu.
