Position Title: Fiscal Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, office located in Carson City, NV.
Position End Date: 03/14/2024
Salary: $67,296 plus benefits
Overview:
The CDC Foundation is seeking a Fiscal Coordinator who will serve as a fiscal support for the Crisis Response System activities. This position will include working with a potential vendor to ensure gap funding is provided for critical crisis response activities for designated mobile crisis teams, crisis stabilization centers, and Nevada’s National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics, or related field and two years of professional experience in research, development, evaluation or revision of programs, organizations, methods or procedures- Or graduation from high school or equivalent education and four years of professional experience as described above
- Or one year of experience as a Management Analyst I in Nevada State service
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above
- Experience in program planning/management
- Ability to interpret both data and research,
- Ability to establish business processes and policy and procedures
Responsibilities:
Assist and serve as a fiscal subject matter expert on the Crisis Care Continuum/Crisis Response System in Nevada- Build revenue projections
- Collect, organize, and analyze fiscal data
- Assist with communications and partner with a wide array of stakeholders to enhance Crisis Response System activities
- Develop fiscal statements
- Coordinate and assist with the management/oversight of complicated budgets

This role is involved in a dynamic public health program. As such, roles and responsibilities are subject to change as situations evolve. Roles and responsibilities listed above may be expanded upon or updated to match priorities and needs, once written approval is received by both the CDC Foundation and the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health in order to best support the State of Nevada in their public health programming.
This position is currently a hybrid position. CDC Foundation retains the right to make adjustments to this as required.
