Recruiting for a Research Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology, appointment stream.  Candidates are required to have a PhD in Biology, Chemistry a multi-year (>5) postdoctoral experience with a track record of expertise and publications in the field of cancer immunology and/or microbiome in cancer. The candidate is expected to have ample expertise in flow cytometry,  mouse tumor models, and state-of-the-art techniques in molecular immunology, including single-cell-RNA-sequencing.

The candidate will work in close collaboration with investigators in the laboratory and supervise postdoctoral fellows, technicians, and students.

Ideal candidates would be those with expertise in the area of tumor-immune interactions and microbiome in cancer. Preferred candidates will have innovative ideas that synergize with current strengths in the laboratory and desire to translate their work to the clinic. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Our laboratory is dynamic, international, supportive, and productive. Excellent opportunities for publication, attendance at scientific meetings, and career advancement.
