Position Description:
Under supervision of Principal Investigator and graduate student and/or postdoctoral researcher, incumbent will follow protocols to assist with research projects within the lab. Responsibilities include mammalian cell culture, virus production, flow cytometry, molecular cloning, maintaining bacterial and DNA stocks, routine data analysis and reporting, and in vivo study execution. Incumbent will also perform general lab-support tasks such as buffer preparation, inventory tracking, biohazard and chemical waste disposal, and general lab maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
