| Job Summary | The Computer Science Department at The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking to recruit a part-time (4.5- month appointment) instructional faculty member at the rank of Lecturer I to teach Computer Science courses. Applicants should upload a cover letter; curriculum vitae/resume; and teaching evaluations (if available). Appointment as a Lecturer I do not constitute service in the tenure system, nor does it carry or imply any credit towards establishing tenure at UT Dallas. |

| Preferred Education and Experience | Earned graduate degree in computer science or software engineering is required. Postdoctoral experience is preferred. |
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities | Demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence. Contribute assessment information and data as requested. Prepare and teach undergraduate and/or graduate classes. |
