Job Summary: | The Harris Administrator is responsible for administrative monitoring, coordination, financial oversight, and program management for all Harris postdoctoral training programs and activities. The Administrator will have dotted line reporting to the Harris Training Directors, report directly to the Section Administrator of the Child and Adolescent Division of the Department of Psychiatry and will work collaboratively (dotted line) with Director of Postdoctoral and Psychology Training, and the Director of the Office of Education and Training as needed. This position may supervise student employees. The Harris Program has two cohorts of trainees including 3-9 full time fellows and 10-15 community fellows per year. The Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day administrative duties of the Harris Infant Mental Health Postdoctoral Fellowships Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

This position will support the Harris Infant Mental Health Program (Harris program) including administrative, HR, program coordination and financial responsibilities. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: $59,313 - $75,446. The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
