Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean of Health and Public Services leads the associated academic teams and develops programs related to Law Enforcement, Fire Science, Emergency Medical Services, Nursing, Substance Use Disorder, Human Services and other occupation-related areas. The Dean provides strategic expertise and operational oversight in achieving College goals through programs and activities in the above academic areas, as well as any future academic programs. The Dean leads Associate Deans and faculty in developing and implementing the full range of academic products offered by the College.

Qualified candidates possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and five years’ supervisory experience leading a team of professionals in the delivery of a program or service.

The ideal candidate also has an academic degree or significant formal training in Leadership, experience as an academic administrator of public services or health occupations in higher education, full-time technical or community college teaching experience, and experience with flexible program design and delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,105.00 - $101,360.00 per year
