HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, MIT Medical, to be responsible for the implementation of key operational processes related to talent acquisition and retention, leadership development programs, employee and manager coaching, and the development and analysis of data trends. Will take a leadership role and effectively communicate, mentor, and coach employees and managers to ensure their growth and development.

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree; at least five years of related human resources experience; ability to multitask, manage multiple and simultaneous priorities, and prioritize a heavy workload in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; proven organizational skills; experience leading small-scale projects; and ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.  Job #22771-10
