Department Summary
The Electrical Engineering department is home to 8 Professors, 5 Associate Professors, 5 Assistant Professors, 2 Research and Clinical faculty, over 30 Ph.D. students, over 120 master’s students, and over 300 undergraduate students.

Position Summary
The Electrical Engineering Department at the University of North Texas is offering a post-doctoral research associate position to work on a funded multi-million-dollar research project that is broadly focused on the areas of statistical signal processing, machine learning, RF & microwave system, antenna design, software-defined radio, and embedded sensor systems. 
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate should have a Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a closely related field and research experience in the fields that are related to the focus areas of the position. In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of publications in relevant journals and conferences. Good written and spoken communication skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include strong hands-on design, simulation, and analytical capabilities, as well as self-motivation and strong teamwork skills.
