Position Summary:

The Department of Human Resource Management (HRM) of the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations is seeking a coadjutant/part time contract recruiter to attend graduate fair events, graduate in-person and virtual open houses, and professional HR recruiting events to assist with the recruitment of qualified candidates for HRMs Master's programs to include the Online Master's. The goals of the position include the following:  (1) expand  recruitment efforts to previously unattainable/unexplored markets and as such underscore our recruiting outreach targeted to experienced HR candidate segments ,as well as direct undergraduate HR communities, (2) target markets that include prospective students from diverse backgrounds, (3) increase the number of applicants from diverse backgrounds who are applying to the Master's  programs, (4) maintain and/or increase the diversity of our selection into the program. 
 
This individual will have knowledge of the HR function and state-of-the art practice, a recruiting background/understanding, knowledge of business practices and the role of HR in those practices. This is a role within a team of Rutgers Graduate Program staff and faculty centered on promoting the growth of the in-person and online Master's in HR programs. It will report to the Director, Graduate Program in Human Resource Management for the in-person HR program.

Minimum Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is required along with three to five years of experience working in human resources/management  field.
