Job Summary: | The Department of Family Medicine provides primary health care, educates medical and psychology students and graduates, conducts research and engages with communities. This position will provide therapeutic evaluation and treatment of patients with psychological disorders at Family Medicine clinic(s) coordinating with multi-disciplinary clinicians to provide team-based care in a patient-centered medical home setting committed to providing equitable care to a diverse population. Ideal candidates will have experience with integrated team-based care, with additional expertise in motivational interviewing, evidence-based psychotherapies, and working with diverse populations. Clinical skill is required for conducting assessments, brief psychotherapy, health and behavior change interventions, substance use treatment, and triage to the appropriate level of care. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: Senior Instructor The salary range for this position has been established at $92,000 – 140,000. Assistant Professor The salary range for this position has been established at $92,000 – 140,000. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
