Job Description:


Postdoctoral Fellow –
The Delaney lab is seeking postdoctoral researchers to join the laboratory this fall. Our program focuses on the study and development of new reactions catalyzed by transition metal complexes. Our research areas of interest include the development of new methods for the synthesis of saturated heterocycles, studies to elucidate the mechanisms of C–H activation reactions, and the development of methods to adapt organic reactions that require insoluble additives for use with robotic automation and flow chemistry.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D in a related field.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • PhD degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Experience with the synthesis and characterization of transition metal complexes.
  • Experience developing and optimizing new synthetic methods.
