The All Saints Catholic (ASC) Board of Trustees is currently reviewing the best possible leadership structure to continue to move ASC into the future. The board is considering various leadership structures to maximize the individual and collective impact of the members of the leadership team. The job description and associated requirements are subject to change and modification based on the strengths and skills sets of potential candidates. Interested parties are encouraged to apply. Based on how other administrative positions may be staffed, the primary objectives of the president may be modified to maximize on the collective impact of the All Saints Catholic Leadership team. Strong candidates with significant educational, non-profit, and/or development experience, are encouraged to apply. General description

The President embodies the mission of the school and articulates the mission for all aspects of the school’s program. In keeping with the school’s mission, the President fosters the traditions, relationships, and practices that determine the school’s climate and culture. The President is the sole employee of the board of trustees and is responsible for the overall management of the school, in accordance with the board’s policies. The President will work closely with the board and leadership team in creating an inspiring vision for the future, and one that builds on All Saints Catholic’s reputation as a premier school in the area. The President collaborates constructively with the Diocesan Superintendent to advance Catholic school curriculum, accreditation and goals, and on-going instruction for school employees. Though much of the work is properly delegated, the President has ultimate and overall responsibility for board relations, curriculum and instruction, student life, Catholic identity, business affairs, admission and advancement. Per diocesan policy, the president and/or principal must be a Roman Catholic in good standing and be able to demonstrate active engagement in his/her faith.
