TVCCA is looking for a CEO who has strong experience relevant to the executive management of a large nonprofit organization. Relevant experience or capacity may include:
- Nonprofit leadership
- Financial oversight and grant management, especially state and federal grant management
- Human Resources, including supervision of managers and leadership of a large staff
- Building trust and collaboration with City, State and Federal officials
- Charitable fund development and grant acquisition
- Experience with Community Action programs
- Connection to / experience in TVCCA’s service areas.
- Inspiring verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability and attention to building strong connections in the community
- High level of productivity and organization
- Supports the growth of supervisees
- Strong team-builder
- Good balance between building consensus and driving decisions
- Good problem solver and strategic thinker
- Passion to improve the lives of working-class people and people living in poverty.
Required Skills
Compensation:
Salary will range from $160,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and qualifications. TVCCA offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes paid vacation, holidays, sick time, medical, dental and vision coverage, a retirement plan with a generous employer contribution, and short-term disability insurance.
Timing:
We are planning for executive transition by the fall/end of 2023.
