 The ICRE Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to career development programs at the Institute for Clinical Research Education (ICRE) intended to diversify the biomedical workforce. The mission of the ICRE is to develop the next generation of clinical and translational scientists by offering training to multidisciplinary investigators across the career pipeline, from medical students, residents, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty. These programs will serve a diverse network of trainees and mentors, and will collaborate with multiple Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) across the country. The Program Coordinator supports trainees in various programs as well as faculty program directors. Principal duties include scheduling and coordinating program seminars, events, and meetings; managing applications for admission; tracking trainee progress toward academic and other training objectives; helping to collect, format, and/ or update data for reports and tracking; and updating the content of program websites. As needed to meet the changing demands of ICRE programs, the Program Coordinator may also be assigned to assist with additional administrative duties. 
Bachelors degree is strongly preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. Academic administrative experience preferred.
