Job Description: | The Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida is seeking a highly motivated candidate for a Postdoctoral Researcher: Developing game-theoretic planning algorithms for multi-robot interactions in dynamic environments. The project is sponsored by Army Research Laboratory. It is to develop fundamental reinforcement learning and game-theoretic planning algorithms for a multi-robot/human-robot team in a dynamic, uncertain environment. The research topic will investigate the asymmetric information between multiple players and develop fundamental solution concepts that can be used for adaptive planning, decision-making, and multi-agent collaboration, with applications to safety-critical cyber-physical systems. Duties:
This position is available on a full-time and fixed-term basis for 12 months. The position maybe renewed depending on the performance and funding availability. |
Expected Salary: | $50,000 - $60,000; contingent upon experience. |
Minimum Requirements: | A Ph.D. (completed or nearing completion) in Control Theory, Robotics, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or a closely related subject. |
