Fit Kids America is a non-profit organization and our mission is MAKING FITNESS FUN! We aim to positively impact children's lives and get them active from a young age to increase confidence, teach team dynamics, encourage sportsmanship, and do our part to prevent childhood obesity.

We are looking for reliable and dynamic applicants for the After School Enrichment Program Site Manager position.

If hired, applicants will help facilitate and ensure our programs at busy Poway Schools run smoothly and that all children are safe, accounted for, and having a great time in their classes.

All classes are held on Poway Unified campuses right after school dismissal.

Candidates must be available:

• To work 2-3 hour shifts on weekday afternoons. Start time between 1:00-3:00
• 2-3 hours per day; 3-5 days per week

Candidates must posses the following:

• Experience working with children
• Professional demeanor interacting with children, school staff, FKA staff, and parents.
• Must commit to at least a 8-10 week session.
• Able to communicate and interact with kids between the ages of 5-12.
• Maintain good communication skills between the coaches, program director, schools, and parents.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be highly responsible, reliable, punctual, organized, and enthusiastic!

All hired coordinators/liaisons are required to get a background check and CPR certification.
