Posting Summary
Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey is seeking a Student Assistant for the Rutgers School of Public Health, Department of Urban-Global Public Health located in Newark, NJ.
Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, the Student Assistant will provide research assistance for projects related to sexual and reproductive health.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Assisting in preparing manuscripts and presentation materials:
• Formatting to meet journal specifications, including text, tables and figures
• Checking and formatting references
• Create tables and figures for manuscripts and presentations
• Assist with preparing presentations
Research administrative tasks including:
• Searching for and summarize literature
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
• Assisting with coordinating meetings, including taking notes and scheduling

Immunization Requirements


Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated and have received a booster (where eligible) against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
