Adjunct Instructor - Public & Human Services Programs

 

Salary: Current adjunct rate

MVCC's School of Public and Human Services invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach courses in our Education, Psychology, Human Services, Chemical Dependency and Recreation and Leisure programs. Teaching faculty at MVCC have the primary responsibility of fulfilling the College mission of providing high-quality educational opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Adjunct faculty members teach contracted classes in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Courses may be taught in traditional classroom settings, virtually, or a combination. This position may include both daytime and evening class assignments. Specific assignments will be made according to the academic qualifications and availability of the individual and the School needs.

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work (MSW), School Counseling (CAS), School Psychology, Education, Recreation and Leisure, Sports and Recreation required.
