Program Coordinator, Digital Deliveries

Job Description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, DIGITAL DELIVERIES, Sloan School of Management-Executive Education, to collaborate with program coordinators, program directors, other staff, faculty, clients, and vendors in the delivery of world-class online executive education programs to companies and individuals. Will operate in a dynamic and challenging business environment and be responsible for the development, maintenance, and planning of new and existing digital programs as well as process operations of Executive Education digital programs.  Responsibilities include evaluating, recommending, and implementing operational changes and enhancements for future programs; representing the administrative face of the programs to clients, online vendors, and participants; balancing the requirements of numerous digital deliveries in varied stages of planning (i.e., design, filming, delivery); collaborating on the development and management of digital program budgets; collaborating on development and execution of new asynchronous course offerings, both with vendors and within; leading the development and management of program operations’ planning and milestones for asynchronous and synchronous digital deliveries; coordinating logistics for digital filming sessions with faculty, vendors, film production teams, and guest speakers; acting as a point of contact for and assisting participants before, during, and following asynchronous and synchronous digital deliveries; collecing program information/materials to support faculty, filming sessions, vendors, and participants; negotiating contracts and pricing and following through to ensure responsiveness; developing and maintaining complex databases; and performing related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED:  a bachelor's degree, at least two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience, and two years of business experience in executive education or a comparable area.  PREFERRED:  familiarity with Sloan and MIT faculty.  Job #22496-6
