Summary of Position

The Outreach Enrollment Center (OEC) is a centralized call center supporting 6 USNH colleges and 7 CCSNH colleges. All positions are currently remote. The mission of the OEC is to drive enrollment growth and support student retention by providing student/alumni outreach services. The OEC serves as the virtual service center for campaigns by providing best-in-class telephone, email, online, and outreach student-centric services in all phases of the student life cycle.
Enrollment Coordinators in the OEC provide essential information, answer questions, advise, and provide problem resolution for alumni, current and potential students, and parents/families.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position that includes 100% tuition reimbursement.

Other minimum qualifications

Experience working with CRM (Salesforce);
Experience working in a call center environment;
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
Quality customer service skills;
Experience exercising sound professional judgment, particularly in areas that require sensitivity, confidentiality, and discretion;
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications;
Excellent written, verbal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of 2- and 4-year higher education, including all phases of the student life cycle. Experience with Salesforce.

Duty/Responsibility

• Engage with inbound and outbound phone calls and serve as a primary point of contact for student/parent/alumni questions regarding degree requirements, programs, policies, and procedures.
• This position requires a high volume of outbound calling.
• Using specialized technology tools, guide prospective students through the institutions’ enrollment processes including answering questions relating to program requirements, payment options, required documentation, and admission criteria.
• Establish a follow-up cycle and process, including verbal and written communications, to ensure students are contacted with appropriate frequency and supported throughout the enrollment process.
• Use specialized applications and computer/web-based systems to track outreach activities and manage daily work.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in institutional professional development and training.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
