Posting Summary	Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Neuroscience within the New Jersey Medical School. The Postdoctoral Fellow under the direction of the PI, conducts research to determine the roles of nucleotides and various proteins involved in Fe-S cluster biogenesis. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Participates in experimental design and carries out experiments that may involve use of radioactivity. Operates and maintains experimental equipment. Records and analyzes data from experiments. Maintains a proper data notebook pursuant to the standards of the Department and the PI. Contribute to the intellectual development of the project. Submit proposal for post-doctoral fellowship funding. Analyze data and write manuscripts.

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated and have received a booster (where eligible) against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
