Job Description
Dr. Adetunji Toriola is currently seeking applications for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate in Epidemiology to join his Lab within the Division of Public Health Sciences in the Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis and Siteman Cancer Center, a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The position involves working on precision breast cancer prevention and translational research. The opportunity will provide a unique experience in working with molecular and genomic data on mammographic breast density and breast cancer with the goal of identifying biomarkers relevant to breast cancer prevention, especially in premenopausal women. The long-term goal is to translate these findings to breast cancer prevention. The position also provides opportunity to work on an ongoing phase II chemoprevention trial. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with enthusiastic research teams focused on primary breast cancer prevention.
Applicants with the following experience will be prioritized:
· Research methodology and study design
· Can work independently with omics data, including metabolomic, proteomics, and transcriptomics data
· Multivariate data analysis and interpretation
· Research productivity in the form of manuscript writing

Eligibility
PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
