We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
 
Job Summary:

Provide technical assistance to consortium members/grantees regarding policies and responsibilities related to grant requirements. Coordinate and distribute information related to grant funding, reporting, and student eligibility requirements. Organize student and financial reporting in accordance to policies put in place by the granting agency. Track student activities, update student databases, and initiate and maintain effective communication with all grant parties.

***This position is 100% grant-funded. Therefore, this position is contingent upon continued external funding.***

 
Required Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Disseminate grant information regarding policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide training to consortium members/grantees related to policies and procedures for meeting grant requirements.
  • Keep abreast of new/updated policies, procedures, deadlines, and eligibility requirements for the awarded grant.
  • Verify student eligibility for funding through student information systems as needed.
  • Communicate with students by phone/email and work with verified students to complete grant forms.
  • Coordinate and assist with marketing the awarded grant with consortium members/grantees.
  • Collaborate with campus partners (Continuing Education, Career Centers, Business Office, Enrollment Services, etc.)
  • Track and monitor all grant-funded activities.
  • Update databases and provide status reports to the consortium grant team.
  • Complete student, program, and financial reports to meet grant requirements.


Supplemental Functions
  • Assist grant manager in other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures, and Core Values.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and Physical Effort
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically include talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking, and repetitive motions, plus stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort is required.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of related experience is required.
Experience in coordinating and managing programs/grants preferred.
