Job Description

  • Teach weekly private lessons to horn students
  • Teach a weekly studio class to horn students
  • Actively recruit prospective horn students to the UNH Music Department
  • Maintain a commitment to sustain and advance the goals of the institution’s diversity of students, faculty, and staff
  • Interested and qualified applicants may also teach separate coursework in ear training or music theory for additional compensation
  • Please note that this position requires weekly travel to Durham, NH

Appropriate master’s degree OR established success in horn instruction and performance

Salary Information

$65/hour with possible additional compensation available for recruiting and possible chamber music coaching. Interested and qualified applicants may also teach separate coursework in ear training or music theory for additional compensation.
