Through strong influencing skills, a passion for inclusive recruiting practices, and exceptional attention to detail, the Recruiter/Sourcer understands hiring manager needs and intuitively connects the dots between prospective candidates and positions. The Recruiter/Sourcer sources and secures a high volume of quality candidates, and leverages metrics to continuously evaluate and improve workflows, assisting Recruiters with finding the best candidates for vacancies across USNH.

Other minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years, or combination of education and experience totaling 4 years, with a focus on recruiting/sourcing, lead generation or customer service-related role
  • Experience supporting high volume recruiting efforts and skill in operating with urgency
  • Success in hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and sourcing the very best
  • Hands-on experience engaging with passive, diverse candidates through various sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

Duty/Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to deeply understand hiring needs and develop strategic, custom sourcing plans that can be replicated throughout USNH
  • Building creative sourcing strategies and messaging, getting passive candidates excited about the opportunities at USNH
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs
  • Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, open source communities, LinkedIn, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify talent and create tailored messaging to those prospective candidates.
  • Participate in stakeholder strategy planning meetings, resume screenings, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview set up, and offer processes.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and candidates on fluctuations and candidate progress.
  • Ensure OFCCP and EEOC requirements are met by the recruiting process through a thorough understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Participates in projects and assignments as needed.
