- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to deeply understand hiring needs and develop strategic, custom sourcing plans that can be replicated throughout USNH
- Building creative sourcing strategies and messaging, getting passive candidates excited about the opportunities at USNH
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs
- Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, open source communities, LinkedIn, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify talent and create tailored messaging to those prospective candidates.
- Participate in stakeholder strategy planning meetings, resume screenings, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview set up, and offer processes.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and candidates on fluctuations and candidate progress.
- Ensure OFCCP and EEOC requirements are met by the recruiting process through a thorough understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Participates in projects and assignments as needed.
